Instant Strawberry & Basil Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries (frozen) (~11 oz)

1 ¼ tbsp fresh basil (chopped)

1 ¾ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ¼ oz)

1 cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~10 oz)

Directions

Add frozen strawberries, greek yogurt, honey and basil to a bowl and blend with a hand blender (or use a blender if you have one).

Blend until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
